How Vital Yoga Began

Most yoga studios focus on mastering difficult poses, leaving beginners feeling intimidated and out of place. We noticed that people didn't need harder workouts—they needed a system that helped them show up every day.

Founded in Brookefield, Bengaluru, Vital Yoga was born out of the desire to combine ancient yogic sciences with modern habit-building psychology. By offering live online classes, daily WhatsApp nudges, and a deeply supportive community, we remove the friction of traveling to a studio.

Today, our AECS Layout center acts as the broadcast hub for thousands of practitioners across the country who unroll their mats with us every single morning.
